The Deputy Governor of Delta State Prof. Amos Utama (SAN) recently perfected the act of Giving and taking when he gave a Daughter and gained a Son. The exchange took place during the ceremony of the Traditional and White wedding of his Daughter Fejiro at his Country in Otujereme and Warri respectively. The venue was agog with activity as the lovely couple was surrounded by friends of the two families. Rt. Hon (Engr.) Victor Onyekachi Ochei is the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly. Prior to his elevation as the Primus interpares of the Delta State Legislature, he had represented Aniocha North State Constituency since 2003. He was the deputy minority leader of the Third Assembly and also served as the Chairman of House Committee on Education of the penultimate Assembly.

Hon. Ochei hails from Ogbekenu, Onicha Olona in Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State.  He had his early education in Kano-his place of birth-before proceeding to the University of Benin, Benin City, and graduated in Chemical Engineering.
